Aluminum Strip & Coil
Precision-slit strip and coil from 50 mm width, 0.5 to 4.0 mm thick — bare, prepainted or embossed — wound on the core your decoiler runs, for lines that run at speed and stop for nothing.
Overview
Strip for continuous processes that can't tolerate variation
Strip customers are different: their material doesn't sit on a rack, it runs through a machine at line speed. A camber problem or a gauge step doesn't make one bad part — it stops a transformer winder, a fin press or a roll former, and the cost is measured per minute.
That's why our strip program is defined by process discipline: tension-controlled slitting for straight edges and consistent camber, tight gauge windows held across the full coil, and cores, coil weights and eye orientation packed to match your decoiler — not our convenience.
- Thickness 0.5 – 4.0 mm, slit widths 50 – 1500 mm
- Coil IDs 300/304, 400/406, 500/508, 600/608 mm — cardboard core or coreless
- Coil ODs up to 1740 mm, 0.7 – 5.8 kg per mm of width (ID 508)
- Bare, prepainted, embossed or stucco (D2010 / D2011) in continuous process
