01 · Precision Cutting
Slitting, cut-to-length and saw cutting
Every project starts with a cut, and every bad cut follows the material through the whole process. Our cutting operations are set up for repeatability: tension-controlled slitting for strip, guillotine and cut-to-length lines for sheet, and band saws for plate, bar and tube.
Send your cut list and we nest it against stock formats to minimize offcut — you pay for parts, not for scrap geometry.

02 · CNC Machining
Machining of profiles and plate
A profile with holes in the wrong place is scrap with extra steps. Our machining cell drills, mills, notches, taps and countersinks extrusions and plate directly from your CAD data — so what arrives at your line goes straight into assembly.
Long-part machining handles full-length extrusions; for plate work, precision-milled blanks with parallel faces cut your first-op setup to minutes.

03 · Anodizing
Anodizing of profiles and machined parts
Anodizing is the finish that makes aluminum act like a premium material: a hard, integral oxide layer that doesn't chip like paint, resists corrosion and abrasion, and gives architects the even satin surface they specify by name.
We anodize profiles and machined components in natural and color tones, with pre-treatment (brushing, polishing) matched to the surface class your project requires.

04 · Painting & Powder Coating
Wet paint and powder systems in RAL colors
Where the design calls for color, we coat: electrostatic powder application for durable, uniform architectural finishes, and wet systems where geometry or gloss requirements demand it.
Coating happens after machining — so cut edges and drilled holes are protected too, not left bare to start corrosion from the inside of the hole.

05 · Coil & Sheet Coloring
Continuous color coating of strip and sheet
For products made by the kilometer — roofing, blinds, facades, rainware — color has to be applied by the kilometer too. Continuous coil coating lays primer and topcoat onto moving strip with a shade consistency that piece-by-piece painting can never match.
The first coil of a project and the five-hundredth match. That's the entire value proposition, and we engineer for it.

Export packaging and pan-European logistics
Perfect material with transport damage is a claim, not a delivery. Every shipment leaves Sevojna in export-grade packaging: moisture barriers, edge protection, interleaving where surfaces matter, and bundling engineered for the forklift on your side, not just ours.
Transport is organized to schedule across Europe. You get a delivery window you can plan production around — and if anything moves, you hear it from us first.
