Overview
Tube specified by function, not just by size
Two tubes with identical dimensions can be completely different products. A welded frame wants 6082's strength; a pneumatic cylinder wants a drawn 6063 bore that seals without honing; a heat exchanger wants 3003's brazing response. Ordering tube by outside diameter alone is how projects inherit problems.
Tell us the function and we'll confirm the right combination of alloy, temper, manufacturing route (extruded vs. drawn) and tolerance class — then cut it to length so your first operation is fabrication, not preparation.
- Round tube OD 8 – 250 mm, wall from 1.0 mm
- Square 20 – 150 mm and rectangular sections for frames and structures
- Extruded (EN 755-8) or drawn (EN 754-8) for precision bores
- Cut to length ±0.5 mm, deburred on request
